Formulated for: Normal to Dry Hair. (Not recommended for oily hair.)
Moisturizing: High. You should not need to use conditioner with this bar.
Description: This shampoo bar is packed with herbal ingredients that are scientifically proven to nourish and moisturize your hair and scalp:
- organic moringa leaf powder - known as 'the miracle tree'; rich in vitamin C, proteins, and hair-nourishing macro- and micro-nutrients. Used as a hair supplement throughout the Caribbean and Africa.
- organic aloe vera - hydrating, soothing, skin healing, anti-inflammatory. Known as "superfood for your skin," aloe is great for your scalp and for your hair.
- organic rosemary flower extract - anti-microbial and anti-inflammatory; clinically proven to promote hair health and growth.
And, of course, the base ingredient in this bar is organic extra virgin olive oil, which is highly moisturizing and packed with skin-nourishing vitamins E & K, plus antioxidants to protect the skin and hair from cellular damage.
Lather: Medium. (Lather and moisturizing capability are inversely related. Our soaps are formulated to produce less lather than a typical soap, leaving your skin more moisturized.
Exfoliation: None.
