This BONFIRE CIDER salami features North Country Hard Cider's Fire Starter, a sweet and spicy brew spiked with cinnamon, habanero, and pomegranate. To all that, Short Creek has added lime, more spices, and thyme. The combo conjures up the West Indies for us, with hunks of meat slicked with tart, spicy marinades sizzling slowly away over coals, beachside.
