We melded Raaka’s fruit-forward dark chocolate with Mexican chilis and garlic to achieve the savory, spicy, and slightly sweet flavors our Chili Crunch is known for. Then we filled it with crispy puffed quinoa to punch up the crunch, and topped it off with pink sea salt and sesame seeds for additional texture.
