Talia's Margherita Pizza takes a classic Neapolitan flavor to the next level. For the pomodoro sauce, only locally-sourced, vine-fresh tomatoes are used. Talia's signature Fior di Latte mozzarella ("white gold") provides the luxurious cheese component. The pizza is finished with Parmesan and fresh basil, complimenting the other ingredients. Every pie is handmade in Naples with local ingredients and then cryogenically frozen to preserve its amazing flavor.
