The birds are pasture raised without the use of antibiotics. These turkeys enjoy a diet of non-GMO corn and non-GMO soybeans. They are never given any added hormones or drug treatments.
The dark meat Ground Turkey makes a nice, light change for meatloaves, meatballs, tacos, and burgers. Besides swapping out for ground beef, it is excellent in any recipe that calls for ground chicken or ground turkey.
