It's choc o'clock somewhere. We're taking it back to the old school with Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops in 68% dark chocolate. This classic West Coast IPA hop blend cuts through the cacao with intense grapefruit, spice, and piney notes. We then dialed it to eleven by adding some pop rocks for a fun and effervescent backend. A collaboration with our friends down the block at Fieldwork Brewing Company, who brewed a one-of-a-kind cacao-infused IPA called Bar Hoppin' that you can only find at their taprooms.
