We shop and pack
Our team picks your order as if it were going home with us and packs it for the flight.
Pick it up
We drop it at Alaska Seaplanes in Juneau. You pick it up at the Seaplanes office in your town.
When your order goes out
Alaska Seaplanes usually delivers within 1 to 3 days of drop-off. Flights depend on the weather, so we can't promise a specific flight.
Keeping it fresh
A couple of tips so everything arrives the way it left our store.
Pick up as soon as it lands
Most Seaplanes offices don't have cold storage, so fridge and freezer items do best when they come home quickly.
Don't wait too long
Alaska Seaplanes only holds freight for 7 days.
