General Manager
Own the store. Lead the team. Make it run.

What You'll Do
Run the store like it's your own.
- Open the store and oversee daily operations start to finish
- Lead, schedule, and support the floor team with clear direction
- Receive grocery and produce deliveries — verify invoices and refrigerate temperature-sensitive items immediately
- Maintain high standards for product quality, freshness, and presentation
- Manage online orders and coordinate home delivery
- Use Sunday shifts to prep for the week — inventory, delivery prep, team brief
- Enjoy a 30 minute unpaid lunch break each shift
Who We're Looking For
Experienced, dependable, passionate.
- Prior retail, grocery, or food management experience — you've led a team before
- Comfortable running the store independently without the owner present
- Strong with people — customers and staff alike
- Organized and detail-oriented with inventory and receiving
- Genuine interest in natural and whole foods
- Reliable, trustworthy, ready to take real ownership

What You'll Do
Own the morning from open to handoff.
- Arrive at 7:45 AM and have the store open and ready by 8:00 AM
- Make coffee and ensure the store is welcoming from the moment doors open
- Keep produce displays fresh and beautiful throughout your shift
- Run the register and provide excellent customer service
- Stock shelves and face products throughout your shift
- Enjoy a 30 minute unpaid lunch break each shift
Who We're Looking For
A morning person who takes pride in their work.
- Reliable — consistent early morning availability is essential
- Comfortable working independently and opening the store solo
- Friendly, customer-focused, and takes initiative
- Detail-oriented — produce care and presentation matter here
- No prior grocery experience required — we'll train the right person
Two Schedules Available — Pick Your Fit
Position 1: Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed7:45 AM – 2:00 PM

What You'll Do
Keep the store running through close.
- Run the register and assist customers throughout your shift
- Stock and face shelves as inventory moves throughout the afternoon
- Keep the store clean, organized, and well-presented
- Complete closing duties and set the store up for the morning opener
- Work alongside the produce team on busy afternoon shifts
- Enjoy a 30 minute unpaid lunch break each shift
Who We're Looking For
Reliable, friendly, a true team player.
- Available Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday afternoons consistently
- Comfortable working independently during closing hours
- Friendly and customer-focused — you're often the last face customers see
- Dependable with closing responsibilities
- No prior grocery experience required — we'll train the right person
