What You'll Do
Run the store like it's your own.
- Open the store and oversee daily operations start to finish
- Lead, schedule, and support the floor team with clear direction
- Receive grocery and produce deliveries, verify invoices, and refrigerate temperature-sensitive items immediately
- Maintain high standards for product quality, freshness, and presentation
- Manage online orders and coordinate home delivery
- Use Sunday shifts to prep for the week including inventory, delivery prep, and team communication
- 30 minute unpaid lunch break each shift
Who We're Looking For
Experienced, dependable, passionate.
- Prior retail, grocery, or food management experience and you have led a team before
- Comfortable running the store independently without the owner present
- Strong with people, both customers and staff
- Organized and detail-oriented with inventory and receiving
- Genuine interest in natural and whole foods
- Reliable, trustworthy, and ready to take real ownership

What You'll Do
Keep the store running beautifully all day.
- Open the store at 7:45 AM, coffee on, doors ready, floor welcoming
- Run the register and provide excellent customer service throughout your shift
- Stock shelves, face products, and keep displays looking their best
- Complete opening and closing checklists with care and consistency
- Set the store up right for the next day at the end of each closing shift
- 30 minute unpaid break each shift
Who We're Looking For
Someone who takes real pride in their work.
- Reliable with consistent availability for mornings or closing shifts
- Comfortable opening or closing the store independently
- Friendly, customer-focused, and takes initiative without being asked
- Detail-oriented with presentation and cleanliness
- No prior grocery experience required, we will train the right person

What You'll Do
Help us make the food that feeds our community.
- Assist in daily production of fresh bread, frozen pizza, sandwiches, and grab-and-go items
- Prep ingredients with care and consistency to our quality standards
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and operating safely at all times
- Follow recipes and production schedules accurately
- Support packaging and labeling of finished items for the floor
- 30 minute unpaid break each shift
Who We're Looking For
Someone who takes pride in making things well.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Detail-oriented with recipes, portions, and presentation
- Reliable and consistent — the kitchen depends on you showing up ready
- A genuine love of real food and quality ingredients
- Prior kitchen or food prep experience is a plus but not required
- Food handler certification or willingness to obtain one

What You'll Do
Care for every item like it matters, because it does.
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming produce deliveries
- Trim, clean, and prep produce to the highest standard before it hits the floor
- Build and maintain beautiful, full produce displays throughout your shift
- Bin, store, and rotate stock with care to minimize waste
- Keep the produce area clean, organized, and inviting
- Share your knowledge with customers who want to know what is fresh
Who We're Looking For
An eye for quality and a love of fresh food.
- Takes pride in their work, you notice when something does not look right
- Physical role, comfortable lifting, standing, and moving throughout your shift
- Detail-oriented with how produce is displayed and stored
- Friendly with customers and loves talking about food
- Prior produce or grocery experience is a plus but not required
